What is the use of clomiphene tablets?

Clomisign 100mg contains clomiphene citrate which is an ovulatory stimulant. It is a prescription medicine for infertility which is caused due to anovulation. The medicine helps increasing production of gonadotropins and helps ovaries releasing 1 or more eggs.

How does it work

Clomiphene tablets assist eggs to finish growing. It allows them to be fertilized.

How should Clomisign 100mg medicine be used?

Clomisign 50mg must be taken orally without breaking, crushing or chewing. It needs to be taken as whole with a glass of water. 1 tablet should be taken for 5 days starting from the 5^th day of menstrual cycle or as per doctor’s advise any time in absence of a menstrual period. You can increase the dose to 100mg if there is no effect for 30 days. You can take 6 treatment cycles .

Headache, Blurred vision, Hot flashes, Ovarian Cyst are some of the common side effects of clomiphene UK tablets. Do not engage in activity which requires focus as one of the side effects of the medicine is blurred eyesight. Take small meal, sugar free candy or chewing gum may help you not vomit. You may experience stomach ache or breast soreness. The period cycle changes which include lots of bleeding, spotting or painful menstruation.

What do I do if I miss a dose?

Take the next dose and do not overdose. Before this it is good to talk to your doctor and take advise.

What precautions should I take when taking this medicine

Speak to your doctor if you are allergic to Clomiphene or any other medication. Tell your doctor about your medical history and current medication which you are taking. Clomiphene UK may react with other medicines and be cause of serious side effects. Tell your doctor if you experience rash, hives, shortness of breath, wheezing, cough, lips, swelling of face, throat or tongue or itching.  Be extra careful if you have any history of liver disease, thyroid gland disease, bleeding in private parts or are pregnant or likely to be pregnant.

Speak to your doctor or visit hospital immediately when you realize that you have overdose the medicine. Some of the signs of bad reaction of the medicine are fever, itching, bad cough, chest tightness, wheezing, trouble breathing, welling of face, throat, tongue or lips.

Can I take it with Lovegra?

It is not a good idea to mix Clomiphene citrate with Sildenafil citrate. This is not a good combination. Avoid thinking that the combination will make you pregnant. It may have adverse effect on your body.
